Our Mission Statement
Bootstrap works with individuals and communities in Pennine Lancashire to develop skills, build confidence and change lives.
We deliver employment, training, enterprise and skills programmes, capacity building and social care to help people facing a wide range of disadvantage or discrimination to realize their potential and achieve their goals.
Our Vision
