The Bootstrap Charity is managed on a day to day basis by its Chief Executive, Elizabeth Taylor and the staff team who report to a Board of Trustees.

The Bootstrap Trustees are: Cllr Dave Herling, Paula Kanuik, Róisín Miller, Ebrahim Bassa and Maurice Whittle.
