Bootstrap is a registered charity and
company limited by guarantee.

The Bootstrap Charity is managed on a day to day basis by its Chief Executive and the staff team who report to a Board of Trustees.

The Bootstrap Trustees are: Cllr Alan Cottam, Paula Kanuik, Róisín Miller, Peter Watkins and Maurice Whittle.
