Bootstrap begins delivery of RETAIL WORKS training
Bootstrap is now funded by the 'Workroutes' City Employment Strategy pilot to deliver 'Retail Works'. This nationally recognised training programme provides a two week training programme to help people in Blackburn and Darwen develop the skills they will need to start a career in the retail sector. Wherever possible, the Retail Works programme will lead onto a work placement for those completing the two week course, with the objective of getting the employer to offer an interview for current or future vacancies.
